Suitable for people with pain or physical issues e.g. back, neck, hip or shoulder pain. Learn how to connect with your body, trelax your mind and body and restore strength and flexibility.
This class has Classical Hatha Yoga as it’s foundation and incorporates elements of physiotherapy rehabilitation and somatic education.
Clinical Pilates - Every thursday at 6.30pm
Great for improving posture and strength especially for those who are weak around the core as a result of a sedentary lifestyle or after pregnancy.

Our approach to Physiotherapy is about education, awareness, and empowerment. Based on a detailed examination we will draw from the following techniques to address your problems: deep tissue massage, myofascial release, dry needling, joint mobilisations, postural retraining, craniosacral therapy, taping, electrotherapy and orthotic prescription. We will also devise an individualised exercise programme drawing from yoga, pilates and physiotherapy therapeutic exercise.
Having worked for 9 years at Milltown Physiotherapy Clinic, where there is a strong emphasis on women's health, Sinead developed a strong interest in this area and treats a wide spectrum of female conditions. These include pelvic pain, pelvic girdle pain in pregnancy (PGP), stress incontinence, urge incontinence, painful intercourse and vaginismus.
Yoga therapy is an emerging profession which uses the various tools of yoga to address specific medical conditions. Yoga has many proven effects on the body, including lowering blood pressure, improving lung function, improving joint health, improving psychological health, strengthening bones and improving bowel function.
Physioyoga combines Physiotherapy and Yoga Therapy for a more holistic approach to your treatment experience.The combination is an exceptional method for treating musculoskeletal pain and breathing disorders. .
Physioyoga is suitable for those who are completely new to yoga and is also ideal for those who have tried regular yoga and have found their practice to be limited by pain or injury.
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle and subtle approach to health and healing. It facilitates the release of trauma or tension (both physical and emotional) that has been held in the body.
BSCT is an extremely useful adjunct to physiotherapy especially in cases where the system is stressed or sensitised, in particular conditions which are exacerbated by stress e.g. road traffic accidents, chronic pain, whiplash or tension headaches.

Sinead is a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP) and the Chartered Physiotherapists in Manual Therapy (CPMT) and MPWH (Chartered Physiotherapists in Women's Health).
She graduated with an honours degree from Trinity College, Dublin in 1998 and went on to obtain Masters Degrees from TCD in 2000 and The University of Queensland Australia in 2003
She continues to learn and expand her treatment toolbox having trained in yoga, yoga therapy, pilates, craniosacral therapy, dry needling, visceral manipulation and more. She is a certified Somatic Movement Educator and a certified Bodytalk practitioner.
She has a holistic approach to health and takes a special interest in back and neck pain, headaches, pelvic pain, pregnancy related problems and stress incontinence.
She has taught at undergraduate level to physiotherapy students at Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and University College Dublin.
